New York, with a little room to wander.

The Hotel Chelsea in New York
The Hotel Chelsea

A hotel with character, a SoHo dinner, and an art detour for a different day.

The city is better with a few things left undecided. Pick a neighborhood as your anchor. Keep the other places saved for when the day takes you there.

The stay: Hotel Chelsea

A hotel with a distinct point of view on West 23rd Street. For a smaller commitment, Café Chelsea serves a French bistro menu. Reservations are recommended; the café also welcomes walk-ins, subject to availability.

The dinner: The Corner Store

In SoHo, on West Broadway at Houston, this is a different neighborhood and a separate plan. Check the menu, choose your company, and book ahead if the evening depends on a table.

The art detour: The Noguchi Museum

Save Queens for a day when you can give it time. Sculpture, the garden, and a slower pace make a good change from a packed Manhattan itinerary.

The DOMA way

One reservation, one neighborhood, one open stretch of time. Screenshot the address before you leave. If the group cannot agree on dinner, agree on coffee first—the rest can follow.

A DOMA place note, researched from the venues’ official sites in October 2026. Check current hours, seasonal openings, access, and reservations before making plans. These are independent recommendations, not DOMA events or membership benefits.
