The perspective
Karen Asprea founded Asprea Studio in 2018. With offices in New York and Miami, the practice works across private residences, residential developments, hospitality, and commercial spaces. Karen’s approach brings together the larger architectural gestures of a room and its intimate details: a material’s texture, the proportion of a piece, and the way a space feels to inhabit. Natural materials and finishes that develop a patina are recurring interests, giving projects a character that can evolve over time.
